Valerie was helpful and awesome!!! the staff was friendly and the room was beautiful and clean. the location worked perfectly for us. It had a sweet balcony.

there was no one present in the lobby during the evening hours, which i found slightly inconvenient.

a charmed stay

great location private deck nice surprise

i like the location. its close to all the things i want to see. my room include a private deck. it was a nice surprise.

the staff didnt know much about hotel rules. this caused some problems for me and my friend. they charged us fee for smoking when it wasn't true.

The location proved convenient. I found the proximity to many restaurants quite a treat. The staff welcomed me warmly, a kindness I always treasure.

The room lacked a proper window. This omission gave a slightly closed-in feeling. I also found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited. The front desk was occasionally slow to respond to inquiries.

excellent location clean room helpful staff missing window minimal toiletries soap request

The location was excellent. i was close to many restaurants and shops. the room was also very clean, with fresh towels daily. the staff was helpful. They provided recommendations for local attractions.

the room lacked a window, it felt a bit claustrophobic. the toiletries provided were minimal. i had to request more soap from the reception.
